Why us

Two mechanics is a real shop.

Everyone else builds for the twenty-bay operation and prices you out of the room. We built the same software a large shop runs — the board, the tickets, the parts, the money — and we will put it in your hands at a number you can actually pay.

Money is not going to be the reason you stay on paper.

No card. No contract. Nothing to cancel if you walk away.

Everything you are about to tell us, answered.

“We’re only two guys.”

Then you are exactly who this was built for. Shop software is priced and designed for twenty-bay operations, which is why most small shops still run on a whiteboard and a shoebox of invoices. A two-man shop has the same problems — parts you cannot find, hours nobody wrote down, invoices that go out late — with none of the staff to absorb them. You need this more than they do.

“We can’t afford it.”

Tell us what you can afford. That is not a slogan — it is a conversation, and you will have it with a person, not a form. We would rather have you on the platform at a number that works than watch you stay on paper because a price list said no. Nobody has ever been turned away over money, and we are not planning to start.

“My guys don’t read English.”

Shop Tiger ships in English, Spanish, Russian, Polish and Kyrgyz, and every person picks their own — the owner reads English while the technician reads Russian, on the same ticket. Nobody is stuck working in a second language to use the software they paid for. If your crew works in a language we have not shipped yet, tell us and we will add it; that is a normal request here, not a special favour.

“I don’t have time to switch.”

You do not do the switch. Send us whatever you have — a CSV, a spreadsheet, an export from the system you are leaving, a folder of invoices — and we bring the parts, the customers and the vehicle history across. You keep working while it happens.

“What if I want out?”

You take your data and go. Customers, vehicles, parts, service history, invoices — exportable, any time, without asking us. No contract to escape, no ransom for your own records. A product that has to trap you to keep you is not a product worth staying on.

Your language

Your tech reads Russian. You read English. Same ticket.

Language is per person, not per shop. Everyone picks their own and the work does not change.

All five are in the product today — not planned, not a support promise, shipped. If your crew works in a language that is not on this list, say so and we will add it. Shops ask us that regularly and the answer has always been yes.

Tell us what you can afford.

There is a price list, and most shops just pick a plan. But if the number does not work for you, that is the start of a conversation, not the end of one. We would rather grow with a shop that is careful with money than lose it to a spreadsheet.

The shop down the road already knows what it made last month.

Not because they are bigger. Because they stopped guessing. Thirty days, no card, and your own data in front of you at the end of it.
